April 2026 Swap Meet (Outdoor - Weather Permitting)

Since 1990, the Vintage Radio & Communications Museum has been giving collectors of vintage communications equipment, the opportunity to come together and share their love of this wonderful history.  These events are called swap meets where collectors from throughout the Northeast gather to display items that they would like to sell, swap or trade.  The next swap for 2026 will be held on Saturday, April 11th, at the museum at 115 Pierson Lane, in Windsor, CT.  The swap runs from 8 am to 1 pm.  This was to be our second swap of the year, but Mother Nature had other plans for our first swap so there will be a lot of interest in this meet. The collectors will setup in the parking lot of the museum if the weather permits.  If the weather is bad, we will move the swap indoors in the Museum Event Center.  The museum will also have a large amount of surplus equipment that will be offered for sale as well.

This is a fun time for anyone who stops by to see the items from these individual collectors as well as the extensive permanent display of the museum.  General admission is free, with a small fee if one wishes to set up and display items. Voluntary donations are accepted by this all volunteer driven, self-supporting museum.
